Can I return an item? If so, how?

Soap Korner will correct any error made on our end. If an item needs to be returned for whatever reason, you MUST have the paper copy of the invoice and send a picture of it via email, messenger, or text within 30 days of receiving the order. We will correct our error and provide you with a Return Shipping Label and Priority Mail envelope along with the correct product ordered. NO returns or refunds will be honored without us seeing a copy of the paper invoice as well as a picture of the wrong item(s) received. Any returned item must be unopened. If a product is opened, judgements on returns will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to refuse any return or refund if any of those terms are not met.

Cancellation fee: If for any reason an order needs to be canceled, there is a $10 cancellation processing fee.

Currently, Soap Korner only ships to Alaska, Hawaii, and within the United States. We are prohibited from shipping to the following states/counties within the US where kratom is currently banned: Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, Wisconsin and in these counties – Sarasota County, FL, San Diego (city limits), CA, the cities of Alton, Edwardsville & Jerseyville, IL, Columbus & Union County, MS, Oceanside, CA, Ontario, OR.
