Typographical Errors
In the event that a Soap Korner product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Soap Korner reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Soap Korner LTD. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Soap Korner LTD. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

How do I return an item?
If an item needs to be returned for whatever reason you MUST have the paper copy of the invoice and send it to us in email, messenger or text within 30 days of receiving the order. NO returns or refunds will be honored without us seeing a copy of the sent paper invoice as well as the wrong or missing items received. Any return must be unopened. If a product is opened judgements on returns/refunds will be dealt with on a case to case basis. We reserve the right to refuse any return or refund if any of those terms are not met. Cancellation fee: If for any reason an order needs to be canceled there is a $10 cancellation processing fee.
