Can I return an item? If so, how?
Soap Korner will correct any error made on our end. If an item needs to be returned for whatever reason you MUST have the paper copy of the invoice and send a picture of it via email, messenger, or text within 30 days of receiving the order. We will correct our error and provide you with a Return Shipping Label and Priority Mail envelope along with the correct product ordered. NO returns or refunds will be honored without us seeing a copy of the sent paper invoice as well as the wrong or missing items received. Any return must be unopened. If a product is opened judgements on returns will be dealt with on a case to case basis. We reserve the right to refuse any return or refund if any of those terms are not met.
Cancellation fee: If for any reason an order needs to be canceled there is a $10 cancellation processing fee.
