Best Kratom Recipes

We know the ‘toss and wash’ method of consuming kratom really isn’t any fun, so we’re sharing a couple of popular kratom recipes to deliver kratom in a unique and flavorful way. We have two recipes that will help get your day started – a citrus kratom tea, and tasty overnight oats!

Citrus Kratom Tea

Tea is a great way to enjoy all the benefits of kratom. Just stir your daily dose of kratom into 2 cups of boiling water. Reduce the heat, and let it simmer for 15 minutes. Add slices of citrus (½ a lemon, ½ an orange, and ½ a lime), some honey to taste, and continue to simmer for five more minutes. Remove from the heat, strain into your teacup, and enjoy!

Kratom Juice Punch

If you are wanting a refreshing drink that incorporates Kratom, try this Kratom Juice Punch recipe! With fresh fruit and ice it is the perfect way to consume kratom on a hot day.

  • ½ each of papaya, mango, kiwi, and pineapple 
  • 1 teaspoon kratom powder
  • ½ teaspoon sliced ginger 
  • Ice

Kratom Overnight Oats

Overnight oats have always been a great option for a breakfast that’s on the go, so why not make it even better by adding in your daily dose of kratom. Simply combine the following ingredients into a glass bowl or jar: 

  • ½ cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Kratom powder

Cover the bowl or jar and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, but ideally overnight. Try adding some fruit toppings or chocolate chips before refrigerating or before you dive in the next morning – yuuum!

Kratom Marinara Sauce

Although this one might sound a little out there, sweet foods aren’t the only way to enjoy kratom in your meals. Utilizing it in pasta or pizza sauces is another great way to add it into additional meals.

  • 1 can (28 oz) of whole peeled tomatoes
  • 1 small yellow onion, roughly chopped
  • 2 large whole cloves of garlic, peeled
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon oregano, dried
  • 1 teaspoon basil, dried
  • ½ teaspoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 doses of kratom

One important thing to note with this recipe is that you will need to add the kratom at the end of the cooking process. Adding kratom powder too early can break down the alkaloid profile and not provide you with the intended results. 

Additionally, This sauce can be kept in the fridge for 4 days as long as it is in an airtight container, and kept frozen for up to 6 months!
